Background

Philip A. Amshad is a Certified Automotive Technician of 35 years, currently holding three separate Automotive Licenses with another two pending. His automotive career includes employment with a number of World Class Manufacturers including Acura, Audi, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep-Eagle, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Porsche, Renault, Suzuki, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

No stranger to the Racing Community, Philip has served on the Executive of the Oshawa Motor Sports Club (OMSC) for more than a decade, and has been published in three separate Automotive Publications.

Except as otherwise specifically set forth herein: (a) All Goods are sold “as is”; (b) Neither FABCOM Ltd, nor any agent or broker on its behalf has made any warranties, express or implied of any kind. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, BUSINESS OR USE, OR MERCHANTABILITY; (c) Buyer acknowledges that it has not relied upon representation by FABCOM in making this contract; (d) FABCOM makes no warranty that the Goods are delivered free of the rightful claim of any third party by way of infringement or the like. FABCOM SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT OF ANY KIND.

Further, unless specified otherwise, all Goods are sold as competition parts. Installation of competition parts may void Manufacturers Warranty Coverage, if any exist.
